Young Adults

“Behold, I will do something new! Now it will spring forth. Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19

The goal of the Young Adult Ministry at First Christian Church of Plano is to develop the new generation of Church Leaders. Through bible studies, fellowship, and volunteering, the Young Adults will show the world that they have, in fact, not left the church, but are wanting to play an active role in the worship services and the decision making processes.

Join us at one of our weekly activities!

Sunday School

All Young Adults are invited to participate in the Young Adult Sunday School class where we take top news stories and discuss how God is in the situations, as Christians, how we should react to these events in a way that would glorify God.

Mission Work

Serving in missions is a huge part of who we are as followers of Christ. We have regular opportunities for volunteering in our local community at shelters for those experiencing homelessness, animal shelters, food banks, and soup kitchens.

Every Wednesday from 5pm-6:30pm, the young adults will gather together for a time of biblical reflection and studies in One5Twenty. There will be dinner either provided or potlucked.
